Susie Graham, female

Practice manager partner

Susie is involved in managing all the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs, other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Michaela Davies, female

Assistant practice manager

Michaela is responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in all aspects of running the surgeries ensuring high quality patient care and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff on a daily basis. Michaela is also directly responsible for the receptionists and senior reception teams at both Kingsway Health Centre and Bartongate Surgery and also assists with the Rosebank Hub.

Kelly Grinter, female

Assistant practice manager

Kelly is responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in all aspects of running the surgeries ensuring high quality patient care and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff on a daily basis. Kelly is also directly responsible for the receptionist, senior reception and care coordination teams at both Rosebank Surgery and Severnvale Surgery and non-clinical lead for The Rosebank Hub.

Jon Tremeer, male

IT and data manager

Jon is responsible for Information Systems, infrastructure and equipment within the practice liaising with CCG, system suppliers and other key stakeholders ensuring continuity of services offered and their continued improvement. He is also responsible for the IT & admin team who provide 1st line IT support to practice staff as well as providing essential back office admin functions, which include but not limited to scanning, workflow, coding and summarising.

Caroline, female

Finance and compliance manager

Caroline is involved in supporting the practice partnership with the smooth running of the surgery including many of the business aspects of the practice such as finance, payroll, pensions, procurement, contracts, premises, equipment maintenance, non-NHS work and CQC Registration.

Rachel Pearce, female

Practice nurse manager

RGN. BSc (Hons) MSc

Rachel qualified as an RGN in 1992 at Basildon and Thurrock Hospital. She worked for 19 years in various roles within trauma & orthopaedics at St Georges Hospital, Tooting, achieving BSc Healthcare Sciences in 2003 and MSc Nursing in 2010. Following a relocation, she worked at Gloucester Royal Hospital in orthopaedics for 18 months before starting her role in primary care in 2015.

Christine Rousseau, female

HR administrator and PA to the practice manager

Christine is responsible for maintaining all staff HR records, as well as providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and Partners.

Reception team

We have a team of 30 receptionists across the 4 practices. The receptionists are here to help you. They are usually your first point of contact and in most cases will be able to deal with your enquiry.

Anything that is discussed with receptionists or any other member of the team is treated in strictest confidence. The receptionists may need to be aware of the nature of your call so that they can deal with your needs in the most appropriate manner.
