New Urgent Care System from Monday 13th April
The practice is trialling a new ‘Urgent Care’ system from Monday 13th April to replace the current triage system. If a patient requires an urgent appointment, they can expect to be offered by reception an appointment time with the Nurse Practitioner or Doctor on duty at any of the following locations:
Rosebank Surgery, Severnvale Surgery, Gloucester Health Access Centre or Matson Lane Surgery
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN EMERGENCY SERVICE, THEREFORE PATIENTS MAY NOT BE SEEN AT THE EXACT TIME GIVEN TO YOU BY RECEPTION. PLEASE BE REASSURED THAT PATIENTS WILL BE SEEN THAT DAY.

If you have returned from Guinea, Liberia or Sierra Leone or cared for someone with Ebola in the past 21 days and you have a fever or feel unwell please do not visit the surgery, call 111.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of our Online Booking System. This new service is available now, and if you are interested in this service, please complete this registration form .
We will then send you a letter by email with your user details and token information including instructions on how to complete the process. This service will allow routine appointments to be booked and all your appointments can be viewed and cancelled also.
